About RacePace Analytics

RacePace Analytics is a free Formula 1 data platform for fans who want to see why a race unfolded the way it did — not just who won. We take the same timing and telemetry data that race engineers work from and turn it into tools anyone can read: lap-time comparisons, speed traces, tyre-strategy timelines, sector splits, championship standings, and an animated track map that follows the cars around the lap.

The site is built for the data-driven end of the F1 audience — the people who pause the broadcast to argue about an undercut, who want to know exactly where one driver was quicker than another, and who treat the timing screen as part of the entertainment. Everything on RacePace Analytics is designed to answer the question "what actually happened on track, and what did the numbers say?"

We cover the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Formula 1 seasons in full: every Grand Prix weekend, including practice, qualifying, sprint sessions, and races. Telemetry is available for sessions from 2018 onward through our data providers, with more depth for recent seasons.

RacePace Analytics is operated by Racepace-analytics and is free to use. The platform is supported by advertising, which lets us keep the core data, telemetry tools, and strategy analysis open to everyone, with no signup and no paywall. We don't sell race results behind a subscription, and we don't gate the tools.

We are independent. RacePace Analytics is an unofficial project and is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA, or any team. We build on open data and present it honestly.
