These Terms govern your use of RacePace Analytics (the "Service"), operated by Racepace-analytics. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Service. RacePace Analytics provides Formula 1 data, telemetry visualisations, strategy analysis, championship standings, and aggregated news headlines. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Data accuracy and "as is" basis. The data on this site comes from third-party sources (see our Methodology) and is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. We work to present it faithfully, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Some sessions have incomplete source data. Do not rely on this Service for betting, wagering, or any decision where accuracy is critical. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, scraping it in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, circumventing rate limits, interfering with advertising, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You may not click your own ads or encourage others to click ads, and you may not present the Service in a way that misleads users about its independence.
Intellectual property. The site design, original text, and original visualisations are the property of Racepace-analytics. Underlying race data belongs to its respective rights holders and is used via open data sources.
Trademarks and independence. RacePace Analytics is an unofficial site and is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX, and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing B.V. We claim no rights in those marks.
Third-party links. The Service links to external sites (such as news sources and advertisers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racepace-analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
